Dark undereye circles
Concealer is the best way to cover undereye circles, but it’s all in the technique. You want to dab under the eye to create a thicker layer of makeup, and then set with powder for all-day wear.
To quickly reduce puffy eyes, dab a thin layer of Preparation H under your eyes and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before applying the rest of your makeup. Remember, this should only used for a special occasion like a wedding or a job interview. This is not a technique you should be using every day.
