Grilled pork chops with honey-rosemary roasted peaches

Serve honey roasted peaches over grilled pork chops for a sweet and savoury meal, perfect for summer.

METHOD

  • Toss peaches in olive oil, rosemary, honey, salt and pepper. Roast at 350F for 10 – 25 minutes, reserving left over juices.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper on each side, and drizzle with additional olive oil before grilling. Grill for 4 – 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until medium.
  • Top with roasted peaches!
