Ingredients:

– 1 cup of vanilla soy milk

– ½ cup of frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries)

– 1 frozen banana, peeled

– 2 cups of baby spinach, raw

– 1 tsp of matcha (green tea powder)

– ¼ cup of crushed ice

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes.

Serves 1

Health benefits:

– Raspberries are filled with the plant chemical ellagic acid, which have been shown to slow the growth of various tumors.
