Simply Summer: Strawberry and watermelon creamy yogurt pops

Popsicles are a great way to finish off a meal and your little ones will never know that these are packed with fresh, sweet seasonable fruits.

There’s no better way to keep cool during the summer heat than with a healthy popsicle! Popsicles provide a sweet finish to dinner, or a refreshing afternoon snack for your little ones — they’ll never know that these yogurt pops are actually healthy and packed with fresh, sweet seasonable fruit.

Strawberry and watermelon creamy yogurt pops

Ingredients: 

  • 16 oz strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 16 oz chopped watermelon
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 cups plain Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (or more) honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Method: 

In a blender add the strawberries and watermelon and whiz until smooth. Add the bananas, yogurt, honey and milk and whiz again. Pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
