Chocolate hazelnut pavé

Serves 12 Prep time 10 min  Execution time 12 min 

Ingredients:

  • 1kg bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 litre 35% cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 cups ground graham crackers
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 big pinch chopped rosemary
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper

Method:

Add butter to graham crackers and build a base in a 10-inch springform pan.

In a double boiler melt chocolate, rosemary, Nutella and cayenne pepper. In a mixer, whisk cream and sugar to soft peak.

Gently fold cream into chocolate add toasted hazelnuts and pour mixture into springform pan. Let set in fridge for minimum of two hours!

Cut with a hot knife and enjoy!
