Try out this homemade and healthy dill pickle recipe that you can whip together before your burgers are ready.

5-minute dill pickles

Prep time: 15 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced into quarters lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp  chopped fresh dill

Method:

Boil vinegar with water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.

Remove from heat. Pour over cucumber spears and dill in a large bowl.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
