If you crave a little extra push, Dr. Stacy Irvine demonstrates exercise moves to try on top of your board. Everything from squats to push-ups, these moves will test your core and balance — but even if you fall, you have a comfy landing into the refreshing water. Win-win, right?

A great intro to the benefits of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (aka SUP). We’re familiar with John and Beachtoyz.ca (OOPS! not Board Toys as said on air) and recommend him for beginners and accomplished paddlers alike.
