I can't believe I'm doing this. Me. In a bikini. On social media. Before you flip past assuming I've hit a new low read this. Inspired by @Cityline expert @MairlynSmith we are challenging you to post a picture of yourself in a bathing suit on social. Hashtag it #CitylineReal. Don't wait until your stomach is flat. Don't wait until your cellulite disappears. Don't wait for your thighs to shrink. Just go ahead and do it. I could have picked countless photos of me hiding behind my kids in one pieces. But this is me – almost naked right in front of your eyes. And it will live online forever. And you know what? I'm cool with it. Actually I'm terrified so just move on to the next post please… Nothing to see here people! Catch the FULL discussion and all our experts' reveals at 9am on @Citylineca today. #loveyourbody #loveyourself #CitylineReal Sidebar: This was after a month of eating clean last summer. Right now my stomach doesn't look like that.

My first official fishing trip and I caught this! It's a drum. I swore it was going to break the rod. My teacher assured me I'd be fine. It was awesome and here's my celebratory picture to prove it! I hesitated posting this picture not because of the fish but because I was wearing my bathing suit. I don't usually post pictures of me, especially with so little clothing. Today I asked myself why? I love my body, I've worked damn hard for this post 2 kid body and I need to celebrate. I decided by not posting this photo, I too was contributing to body image issues. Today when @MairlynSmith @tracycityline and @citylineca put out the request to get #citylinereal and post pictures of ourselves loving life in our bathing suits. I knew I held back for the perfect reason. I 100% believe that #RealWomenWearBathingSuits and nothing is gonna stop us from living the good life. Today and everyday, celebrate life, celebrate your body and most of all never let your body hold you back from living the life you want! #getreal #lovelife #celebrate

@tracycityline @mairlynsmith @drjoeyshulman challenged women to post a current picture of themselves in a bathing suit. I am 35 years old, and feel better than I ever did in my 20's. This just happens to be my progress pic from this week- that I didn't see any progress from. I've been spending my summer working toward fitness and nutrition goals, and a body that looks and feels strong and muscular, not #skinnyfat As I mentioned yesterday in my rant, I got passed my day of total deflation of spirit, and I've moved on. I had a wicked #legday yesterday, and I'm going to continue to focus on cleaning up my diet. This body has been through a lot, including a lifetime of poor self-image, and being the home to my beautiful baby girl. It takes time to see change and feel better, and I'm working on it. #citylinereal #summer2015 #summerfitnessgoals #beproud #bereal Will you post one? Be proud of where you are right now. @citylineca #realwomemwearbathingsuits #cityline #bikini #fitmom #skinnyfattofit #fitnessjourney #healthjourney
