DIY: Baby’s Breath wreath and tic-tac-toe game

Here are DIY expert Sarah Gunn’s instructions for making a pretty Baby’s Breath wreath and a heart-themed tic-tac-toe.

Baby’s Breath wreath

You will need:

Wire wreath frame
Floral wire
Scissors
Baby’s Breath

Instructions:

1. With scissors, trim several small bunches of Baby’s Breath.

2. Attach one bunch to the frame with wire.

3. Repeat all around the frame, placing each bunch in the same direction, until the metal frame is completely covered.

You will need:

Large pieces of Styrofoam (Home Depot sells them.)
Heart-shaped tracer
Pencil
A sharp knife
Acrylic paint
Paintbrush
Letters for tracing
Paint marker

Instructions:

1. Trace the heart shape onto the Styrofoam.

2. Cut the heart out using a knife.

3. Paint the heart on all sides with acrylic paint.

3. Lay the letters on the heart and trace them.

4. Colour in each letter using the paint marker.
