Day #15: Boost energy naturally….with spirulina!
Eat clean action step:
Visit your local health food store and purchase spirulina in powder form. Mix 1 tsp of spirulina with 12 ounces of lime juice and freeze mixture into an ice cream tray. Pop a cube or two in water for an instant energy boost!
