In fact, research has shown drinking just 17 ounces of water per day boosts your metabolism by 30 percent! Drinking water also helps to reduce hunger and save on calories. An additional study found that people who drank 2 glasses of water prior to meals ate 75-90 fewer calories per meal.
When thirsty – always grab for fresh clean water, water sweetened naturally with fruit or herbal tea. Invest in a portable water bottle as well to help monitor how much you drink per day.
