Total weight loss to date: 25 pounds
Total inch loss to date: 14 inches

What was your biggest struggle?
Wanting something sweet (more out of habit than desire), especially wine –when I am at an event or out for dinner.

What is your favourite body part?
That’s a toughie! I think it is that I have a waist again. And instead of hiding it under baggy clothes, I feel more comfortable in fitted items.

What has been your biggest win?
Fitting into my size 8 jeans! It wasn’t that long ago that my size 12 ones were too tight especially in the tummy area. My jeans feel comfortable again which is a huge win.

What is one health habit you will definitely keep?
Lemon water in the morning. This is such a simple thing and it has really helped with my digestive issues. I would usually start the day with a cup of tea but I’ll definitely keep this habit.

In what ways do you feel better than before the challenge?
I feel more confident in myself, more comfortable in my clothes and around other people. I’m not trying to breathe in and hid certain body parts, and I definitely feel happier. Happy that I’ve lost the weight and that I am healthier than I’ve ever been.

Total weight loss to date: 23 pounds

Total inch loss to date: 13 inches

What was your biggest struggle?
Trying to balance everything – meal planning, full time work, Cityline appearances, wedding prep/planning, running my kids around to school/soccer/work and running a household all while trying to raise my daughters to be respectful yet independent. (Oh man I can’t WAIT for my sunny beach vacation!!!)

What is your favourite body part?
My legs because they can finally comfortably fit into jeans!

What has been your biggest win?
So far my biggest win moment was when I broke through my plateau and hit that 20 pound loss!

What is one health habit you will definitely keep?
The #1 health habit I’ll keep for life is to not eat in the evening…I feel so much better in the morning and I sleep way better now

In what ways do you feel better than before the challenge?
My skin is glowing, I’m sleeping better, I’m not as grumpy with my kids and can handle their tantrums better. The best part – I can fit into the clothes I had tucked away in the back of my closet that had not fit me before!

Total weight loss to date: 27 pounds down
Total inch loss to date: 11 inches

What was your biggest struggle?
Sugar! Although my cravings are far less, I still occasionally experience cravings after dinner.

What is your favourite body part?
It’s a toss up between my upper arms (thanks to my strength training) and my….collarbone.

What has been your biggest win?
There are so many every day. When my head hits the pillow and I know that I have succeeded and done my very best to stay on plan, I feel like that is my biggest win.

What is one health habit you will definitely keep?
Definitely drinking lots of water!

In what ways do you feel better than before the challenge?
I feel more adventurous (i.e. I went zip lining and had a trampoline work out). I would never have attempted these activities being heavier. I feel younger and more confident. I know I can live this way the rest of my life and eventually…put on a bikini!

Total inch loss to date: 17.5 inches

What was your biggest struggle?
Avoiding snacking when bored throughout the day, and especially at night.

What is your favourite body part?
I don’t have a favorite, but if I’m forced to choose –it would be my arms. I would never have said that 2 months ago.

What has been your biggest win?
Knowing I can control myself despite cravings without feeling deprived.

What is one health habit you will definitely keep?
No eating after 7pm! I wake up feeling great every morning.

In what ways do you feel better than before the challenge?
I have more energy to keep up with my kids and I actually now like to get dressed and be in pictures! No more yoga pants and baggy shirts.
