INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Muddle or bash the mint leaves and Simple Syrup together in a large measuring cup. Stir in the rum, lime juice and bitters, if using
  2. Fill 4 glasses three-quarters of the way with ice cubes, then tuck the mint springs in and around the ice. Add the rum mixture. Garnish with lime.
