Spring salad with 3 year old parmesan

Ingredients

cups lettuce, torn

cup parsley, picked
1/4
cup dill, picked
1/4
cup chives, chopped
1/4
cup mint, picked
1/2
cup radish, sliced
1/2
cup snap peas, sliced
1/2
lemon, juiced
4
Tbsp EVOO
TT
Salt and Pepper
2
oz 3 year old parmigiana

Instructions

  1. Mix all veggies together in a large bowl season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small jar add lemon juice and olive oil 2-1 ratio oil to juice. Shake and drizzle over salad.
  3. Toss lightly and garnish with mircoplane parmigiana.
