Grain-free banana chocolate chip and walnut muffins

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. Mash your bananas in a bowl really well with a fork.
  3. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease muffin tin with some butter or coconut oil.
  5. Muffins puff up a little but not too much, so you can fill these pretty close to the top.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the top has set and they’re slightly golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool and serve.
