Smoked salmon deviled eggs

This smokey delight will certainly entice your taste-buds.




  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut the eggs in half and using a small spoon, remove the yolks from the whites.
  2. Place the yolks in a bowl with the sour cream, smoked salmon, gherkins, shallots and dill.
  3. Season with a touch of fine salt and pepper.
  4. Using a small spoon fill the egg white and garnish with the deep-fried capers and fresh picked dill.
