Pickle back cocktail

Chef Matt Dean Pettit's unusual cocktail combo will have you wishing you always knew this best-kept secret!

METHOD

  1. In a shaker, add the whiskey, pickle brine, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake or stir.
  2. Wet the rim of the glasses and rub it into the MTL steak spice to create a rim on the glass edge.
  3. Fill 2 cocktail glasses with ice to the top of the glass. Pour/strain the cocktail into glasses.
  4. Garnish with a dill pickle spear and orange wheel!
