Porter's Mulled Wine

Food Writer, Dave Clapson adds the cranberries and cinnamon sticks to this perfectly delicious Porter's Mulled Wine.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a simmer on medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce to low heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove aromatics from wine, add brandy and tonic syrup and stir.
  4. Keep warm on stove until ready to serve.
