Simple French clafoutis

A simple + scrumptious take on a French classic.





  1. Preheat oven at 325f
  2. Place the milk, sugar, flour and eggs in a blender along with the vanilla and the zests, blend well to avoid lumps
  3. Butter an 8” pie dish and line with the granulated sugar, shake off the excess well
  4. Place the berries in the bottom covering most of the surface
  5. Pour the batter slowly and place in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool
  7. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream
