Coconut chia seed pudding

Go crazy for coconuts with this healthy dessert recipe loaded with coconut and chia!



  1. In a bowl combine the milk, chia seeds and vanilla. Stir until combined and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. You may want to stir the mixture a couple times while it’s in the fridge.
  2. When set, top with hemp hearts, berries and coconut.
