Grilled cinnamon and maple syrup pineapple spears

Don't be afraid to throw fruits on the grill! The caramelized brown sugar and heavenly cinnamon will have you wondering how you ever had pineapple any other way.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Takes quarters of pineapple and place in a ziplock baggie with cinnamon power, cayenne pepper and maple syrup for one hour.
  2. Preheat grill pan to high. Sear Pineapple until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Place grilled pineapple in a bowl and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  4. Drizzle with reserved maple syrup.
