Amazing no-bake white chocolate Icewine cheesecake

A luxurious cheesecake with dessert Icewine and rich melted white chocolate.

Special tools: 12 inch pie pan or 12 small short mason jars.


  1. Mix all the crust toppings together place in a non stick cake pan and bake for 8 min at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool.
  2. In a stand mixer, blend cream cheese, vanilla, ice wine and sugar on medium speed for 6 min or until smooth. Remove from stand and gently fold in white chocolate, salt and whipped topping.
  3. Place one large tablespoon of crust in bottom or jar and top with cream cheese mixture. Chill for 3 hours then garnish with chocolate, cookie crumble, mint or even a frozen grape!
