Brown butter + rosemary smoked turkey breast

Ingredients

1
large Turkey breast
1/2 lb
Butter
1 bunch
chopped Rosemary
1 clove
minced Garlic
1 tbsp
chopped Chives
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
Hot sauce
1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter until the milk solids start to caramelize.
  2. Deglaze with vinegar, hot sauce and Worcestershire.
  3. Then add Rosemary and chives… allow to chill.
  4. Heat smoker to 22F5 degrees.
  5. Place Turkey inside smoker and glaze with brown butter. Smoke for 3.5 to 4 hours basting every 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Once internal temperature hits 160F degrees. Remove and let rest For 20 minutes.
  7. Then carve and serve.
