In a bowl combine water yeast and sugar, let stand for approximately 5 minutes until mixture begins to foam. In a food processor using the dough hook combine flour and salt. Then add yeast mixture until a soft ball forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface for a few minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with saran wrap, allow to rest in a warm area for 30 minutes to an hour. Roll out dough immediately and assemble your pizza toppings, less is more! Alternatively refrigerate up to 2 days or place in an airtight bag and freeze.
