Deep Dish Zucchini, Mint and Burrata

This delicious deep dish pizza is cheesy and minty!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Pour olive oil into a cast iron pan. Stretch dough to the edges. Glaze with pesto, sliced zucchini and grated parmigiana.
  2. Bake at 450 for 14-18 minutes
  3. Remove and let rest on a baking rack. Top with lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh mint, Burrata cream and black pepper.
    Slice and serve.
