INGREDIENTS
- 12 Large shrimp (shells off)
- 2 cloves Garlic Thinly shaved
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Pimentis
- 1 Lemon
METHOD
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic and thyme. Stir quickly for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and let cook for a couple minutes on both sides still stirring so the garlic doesn’t burn. Add butter and pimentos and juice from lemon.
- Toss in the pan so all the flavor gets picked up by the shrimp.
- Serve with fresh parsley.
