Easy garlic shrimp recipe

This quick and easy shrimp recipe is a definite favorite!

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in pan and add garlic and thyme. Stir quickly for 30 seconds.
  2. Add shrimp and let cook for a couple minutes on both sides still stirring so the garlic doesn’t burn. Add butter and pimentos and juice from lemon.
  3. Toss in the pan so all the flavor gets picked up by the shrimp.
  4. Serve with fresh parsley.
