Canadian Maple Brined Salmon 

  1. Mix up brine ingredients and place in a bag with salmon.
  2. Refrigerate and turn every 15 minutes for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375.
  4. Remove pat dry.


  1. Mix up glaze ingredients.
  2. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place down salmon.
  3. Smother with glaze and bake in the oven at 375 for 20-24 minutes or until the eternal temperature hits 148 degrees.
  4. Remove and let rest. This can be served hot, room temperature or cold.
