Masala meatballs

These flavourful meatballs are fabulous as a quick meal served with rice and veggies, or as an amazing appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
  • Combine beef and spice. Form into meatballs approx. 1″ diameter. Place on parchment.
  • Set timer for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160-170F.
  • Heat chutney in microwave for 30-60 seconds depending on microwave. Toss hot meatballs in sauce and serve.
