Freeze 3 hours
- Mix parmigiana, bread crumbs and parsley.
- Toss mozzarella fingers in flour, then pass through the egg wash. Finally cover with bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours.
- Place 6-8 pieces inside active fry and cook for 9 minutes or until golden and soft.
- Remove and serve with tomato basil salsa
