Parmigiana crusted mozzarella sticks

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Mix parmigiana, bread crumbs and parsley.
  2. Toss mozzarella fingers in flour, then pass through the egg wash. Finally cover with bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Place 6-8 pieces inside active fry and cook for 9 minutes or until golden and soft.
  4. Remove and serve with tomato basil salsa
