INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Whisk egg whites to a stiff peak add salt, thyme and olive oil. 
  2. Bake at 400 degrees until the internal temperature of 135 degrees or the outside is golden brown.
  3. Crack open and dive in with a squeeze of lemon.
