Spiralized zucchini noodles with garlic shrimp

  1. Use a spiralizer to make zucchini into pasta like noodles. Once done, use paper towel to squeeze out excess water.
  2. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine garlic, paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice and peeled shrimp in a bowl and mix well.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium – high heat and add shrimp. Sautee shrimp until they turn color.
  5. Add zucchini noodles and parsley to shrimp and cooks for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Plate and enjoy!
