Zucchini flower and green onion waffle

Chickpea flour is delicious, versatile, inexpensive, and gluten-free!


Raw vegetable salad


For the waffles:

  • Place the milk in a bowl, add the eggs and the oil and season with some salt and pepper and mix. Add the chickpea flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Add the green onions and the zucchini flowers and mix. Set aside.
  • Warm the waffle iron and make the waffles.

For the salad:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and place on top of the waffle. Drizzle some olive oil and salt and pepper, finish with the vincotto. Serve.
