This cocktail takes your stress off the adrenals by balancing blood sugar and replacing vital nutrients that have been lost throughout the day due to stress. The adrenal creamsicle cocktail focuses on vitamin C, sodium and potassium. In addition to being delicious drink, it is also incredibly easy to create.
- 1/2 cup freshly squeeed orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocobut water
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 scoop collagen powder of your choice
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
- Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk or blender. Serve immediately and enjoy.
