Beef tenderloin with peppercorn brandy cream

Beef tenderloin perfectly grilled with peppercorn and brandy cream sauce.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place pan over hot coals of the campfire
  2. Once hot toss in a nub of butter and sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side
  3. On the last turn add all butter and baste the beef
  4. Remove steaks, deglaze with brandy, cream, mustard, peppercorns and lemon
  5. Season and serve
