INGREDIENTS
- 4 cobs corn cleaned and sliced
- 1 green pepper cut into large pieces
- 1 yellow onion cut into large pieces
- 20 pitted black olives
BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp tabasco
- harissa optional
METHOD
- Preheat the barbecue to high.
- Thread pieces of corn, green green pepper, onion and olives onto skewers.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Cook the brochettes approx. 10 min., basting frequently with the homemade BBQ sauce.
