- In a large bowl combine turkey, breadcrumbs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, egg, and salt and pepper and a touch of small splash milk and mix well.
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
- Form four large patties. Grill burgers on each side for 5-6 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Serve with favourite toppings!
TIP: Place your patties on a baking sheet and put in the freezer for 20 minutes to help them from falling apart on the grill.
