A healthy winter salad

A salad to keep your spirits up this winter.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Plate this main course salad starting with the kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts.
  2. Sprinkle with onion.
  3. Toss walnuts and pumpkin seeds over top.
  4. Sprinkle with barley.
  5. Top with beans and sweet potatoes, if using.
  6. Sprinkle with flaxseed and drizzle with oil then the vinegar and serve.
