Individually made salmon and tuna poke bowls

INGREDIENTS

Wasabi Mayo

Ginger Soy Glaze

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and simmer for 5 minutes, remove and allow to rest. 
  2. Combine all mayo ingredients and transfer to a squeeze bottle.  
  3. To serve, begin by adding rice to a mixing bowl and tossing with 2 tbsp of glaze, or the desired amount. 
  4. Then add to two serving dishes and neatly arrange the salmon, tuna, nectarine and wasabi peas. 
  5. Use the Wasabi mayo to make dots around the different items and serve!

Good you have a video Devan …looks delicious and I will do this for sure but…..in your directions you forgot to say for the glacé only …combine these ingredients…but it reads you would think combine all ingredients if you hadn’t watched the video…just a little fyi…Hope I am not being too picky but with out the video it is confusing….looks so good….thanks
