Lay the turkey slices on a board, place a few leaves of sage on it and then place the provolone, roll tightly, cut about one-inch length and set aside. Place all the ingredients in front of you and start preparing the Speducci by repeating this sequence four times: chicken, sundried tomato, turkey & provolone roll, end the skewer with a piece of chicken. Grill on a lively fire for about 2 minutes on each side.
