Healthy chocolate energy balls

Power up with these guilt-free protein bites that taste just like chocolates!




  1. In a food processor: pulse together oats and chocolate chips. Its going to be noisy, pulse until the chocolate chips aren’t large anymore. About 1 minute.
  2. Add cocoa powder, pulse. Add cocoa nibs, ground flaxseed and oat bran and pulse until the ingredients are well distributed. Add almond of peanut butter and honey and pulse until it all comes together in a giant ball.
  3. Form into 34 equal balls using your hands to form each one. The heat from your hands will help them stick together. Its about 1 Tbsp per ball.
  4. Store in a container with a tight fitting lid and keep them in the fridge for up to 1 week.
