Grilled salmon fillets with strawberry salsa

A flavorful mix of cilantro, lime, and strawberries paired with freshly grilled salmon.




  1. Wash the strawberries, drain well and lay out on paper towels or a tea towel to dry. Divide in half.
  2. Make the salsa. Toss together the zest, fresh lime juice, cilantro, shallot, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Gently toss in the strawberries. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill on High. Place salmon fillets, skin side down on grill and close the lid. Reduce heat to medium. Grill until the salmon is cooked through, should take between 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness.
  4. Serve with salsa drizzled over the top.
