2)    Paint few edges of petals in a complimentary colour to peony fabric.

3)    Using lit tea light, pass petal edges over flame – approximately ½” – 1” above flame –  petals will curl inward from heat – repeat along all edges of all petals.  If an edge burns, trim off burned edge and recurl with tea light.

4)    Cut top and bottom off styrofoam ball & create puck shape – approximately 2 inches in height.

5)    Cut / trim off sides of puck to create a crowning shape on one side.

6)    Using one four leaf clover – cut one petal off leaving a three leaf clover.

7)    Glue three leaf clover to bottom side of styrofoam puck (crown facing up) and glue sides three petals to cover styrofoam ball – bunching petals together at top of crown.

8)    Turn upside down and begin gluing remaining four leaf clovers to bottom side – slighting rotating position of each layer.

9)    Add drops of glue in between layers of fabric and bunch petals upwards and secure / wrap with elastic band.

10)    Allow assembly to dry for 20-30 minutes.

14)    Using an exacto knife, cut a slit in bottom of flower assembly.
