Chatting with Curtis Stone about What’s For Dinner?

Curtis Stone knows most of us are too busy to cook anything complicated most nights, so his new cookbook simplifies the process without sacrificing flavour.

What’s for dinner? Just ask Curtis Stone.

The affable Australian chef and Top Chef Masters host knows most of us are too busy to cook anything complicated most nights, which is why his new cookbook What’s For Dinner: Delicious Recipes for a Busy Life simplifies the process without sacrificing flavour.

Stone’s book is broken down into days of the week, and each day has a theme. The recipes in the ‘Motivating Mondays’ section are fresh and healthy (which many of us want after a weekend of indulgence); ‘Time-Saving Tuesdays’ meals are all about getting dinner on the table quickly; ‘One-Pot Wednesdays’ saves you a lot of clean-up, and so on. There are more than 130 recipes in all, including several dazzling-looking cocktails and crave-worthy sweets.
