Profiteroles

 
Ingredients:

Cream puffs
1 cup chocolate chips, 75% cocoa
1 cup 35% cream
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz light corn syrup

Method:

1. Place the chocolate, syrup and liqueur in a bowl.

2. Boil the cream and pour over the chocolate. Stir until the chips are melted, keep at room temperature for dipping.
