Beet and apple slaw

Ingredients

candy cane beat
1 large
apple honey crisp
2 baby
cucumbers

red pepper
1/4
red cabbage
1/2
bulb fennel
1 handful
fresh mint
1 handful
fresh basil
4 tablespoons
mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
grain mustard
1 large
lime, juiced
salt
pepper
splash olive oil

Instructions

Slice and julienne all veggies, try to keep everything same thickness. Place in large bowl and mix with mustard, mayo, lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
