Skull head spinach dip

Spinach dip with a spooky twist for some delicious Halloween fun.

Ingredients

300 gram pizza dough
1 cup
sour cream
2 cups
mayonnaise
1 tbsp
roast garlic
1 tbsp
chopped shallots
1 cup
wilted spinach, chopped
1 cup
water chestnuts, chopped
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tbsp
chillies, chopped
1 tbsp
soya sauce
1
lime, (both the juice and zest)
to taste
salt and pepper

Instructions

Special tools: Skull Cake Pan, 4 coffee filters 4 cups dry rice Preheat oven to 425° F.
  1. Roll out pizza dough and place in cake pan. Cover with coffee filters and fill with dry rice. Blind bake for 20 min or until crust is darkly caramelized.
  2. Remove and let cool.
  3. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients, season and chill
  4. Carefully remove coffee filters and rice.
  5. Lift pizza crust from mould, and remove the top of the skull. Place on platter and fill with seasoned spinach dip.
Serve with bread, pizza or crisps.
