Banana bread protein muffins

Low in calories and carbohydrates, these easy-to-make muffins are delicious and chock-full of protein!

Ingredients

1
large banana, ripe
3/4 cup
egg whites
1/2 cup
greek yogurt, plain low fat
3/4 cup
oats
2 scoops
vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup
coconut sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or add a liner.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until mixture is smooth.
  • Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
