Flourless flax pancakes

Add flaxseeds to your diet by adding them to your pancakes!

Ingredients

egg
2
egg white
2 tbsp
ground flax seed
2 tbsp
wheat germ
2 tbsp
plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 cup
blueberries
1 tbsp
butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except butter) together with a fork.
  2. Heat up butter over medium heat and wipe out excess.
  3. Scoop mixture with a teaspoon into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
