No-butter hollandaise

Swap out the heavy butter for a lighter yogurt-based hollandaise sauce for summer!

Ingredients

1 cup
yogurt
2 ½ tsp
lemon juice
½ tsp
honey
½ tsp
salt
3
egg yolks
½ tsp
Dijon mustard
¼ tsp
cayenne
1 tbsp
chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Place a stainless steel mixing bowl over a pot with an inch or two gently simmer water (double boiler). Make sure the bowl is not touching the water.
  2. Add in all ingredients except dill and whisk for 10-15 minutes until sauce is thick.
