No-butter hollandaise
Swap out the heavy butter for a lighter yogurt-based hollandaise sauce for summer!

Ingredients
1 cup
yogurt
2 ½ tsp
lemon juice
½ tsp
honey
½ tsp
salt
3
egg yolks
½ tsp
Dijon mustard
¼ tsp
cayenne
1 tbsp
chopped dill
Instructions
- Place a stainless steel mixing bowl over a pot with an inch or two gently simmer water (double boiler). Make sure the bowl is not touching the water.
- Add in all ingredients except dill and whisk for 10-15 minutes until sauce is thick.
