This summer cocktail is named for its lovely red color that will remind you of the beautiful coral reef.

Ingredients
2 oz
vodka
1 1/2 oz
simple syrup
2 dashes
Dillon's Rhubarb Bitters
6-10
fresh strawberries
4
mint, leaves
1 oz
sparkling water
Instructions
- Muddle strawberries and mint.
- Put ice in a Collins glass.
- Over ice add Vodka and simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish - mint leaves & strawberry.
